Immaculata’s pre-vet minor will prepare you with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain admission to veterinary school and to help you thrive in the field. The minor provides a strong foundation in the sciences and includes the prerequisite courses veterinary programs require.
在印第安纳大学期间, you will pursue a major in your selected area (typically biology or chemistry) with the addition of the pre-vet minor. You will take courses in animal behavior, vertebrate biology and physiology. You will also receive guidance from your advisor to prepare for the highly competitive process of applying to veterinary school.
